The man who hit me is on disability, I cannot sue and expect payment. Ironically his father owns a body shop. And he is not willing to fix my car without full payment from his son or me. I only have liability insurance. What should I do?

Make a police report if you haven’t. Then drag em into court. That’s all you can do legally. The Eagle Keeper
