Can I turbocharge my lawnmower to get it the cut the grass more quickly?

Nope. The limiting factor is in the deck, it’s ability to suck the clippings and discharge or bag them. The easiest solution is to keep the blades real sharp, and the inside of the deck clean. This helps make a cleaner cut even if you go faster. If that isn’t enough, you need a wider deck. If we are talking a huge lawn (acres), then look at the tow behind reel type golf course mowers. They mow fast, but are impractical for most people. 40something

yes you could,but the turbo boost makes controlling the cut difficult.supercharging may be better as you get a more constant spread of power.narrow tyres will help reduce the drag too.hope this helps. poor driver
