Can u make a motorcycle out of a lawnmower motor and a bicycle?

a motorcycle no but you can make a moped it will go 20-30 mph
it is pretty easy to build once the motor supports are in i would use a rubber gear on the back wheel to drive it steamroller98439

Actually it would be considered a motor assisted bicycle, but yes.
First it would be good to see if it would be legal in your state and city; do this with a google search.
Next one has to figure out the drive mechanism; friction, chain etc. and the ratios to get the gas motor speed appropriate to bicycle wheel speed.
then where and how your are going to mount it to the bicycle.
You may have to mount lights or signals, the google search will tell you that too.

Looks like somebody already beat you to that.
The only problem is that lawnmower motors point the shaft vertically, so there would need to be some type of drive system. #1
