First it would be good to see if it would be legal in your state and city; do this with a google search. Next one has to figure out the drive mechanism; friction, chain etc. and the ratios to get the gas motor speed appropriate to bicycle wheel speed. then where and how your are going to mount it to the bicycle. You may have to mount lights or signals, the google search will tell you that too.
