My cousin gave me an old lawnmower she had, she was able to tell me how to start it up but she doesn’t remember how to turn it off. I don’t have the manual for the lawnmower and it’s not available on the internet.

George D asked:
I have an old lawnmower that I want to take apart… Once I do that like… what could I make with it? Could you give me details and instructions? Or maybe an online tutorial?
Can you give me a link to a place that will tell me how to make a go kart? Or tell me?

gomakemeasandwich asked: By back up power supply, I mean like one for a computer in case the power goes out. For example:
Power Supply:
http://www.powercom-usa.com/ProductDetail.asp?ID=3618
Electric Lawnmower:
http://www.homedepot.com/prel80/HDUS/EN_US/diy_main/pg_diy.jsp?CNTTYPE=PROD_META&CNTKEY=misc%2fsearchResults.jsp&BV_SessionID=@@@@0216561975.1179162371@@@@&BV_EngineID=ccdhaddkmegeielcgelceffdfgidgll.0&MID=9876
Or do you think it will destroy the electric lawnmower and/or power supply?

BS9999 asked:
Maybe i dont understand how spark plug works but from what i gather, spark plugs are the spark that starts the combustion process in the engine…So when i pull the cord on my lawnmower it essentially creates electricty to start that “FIRST” spark by the spark plug starting the combustion…What i dont get is how the Spark Plug continues to “spark” and keep the engine running after my first cord pull?

dave_musicman asked: Bought a landxcape lawnmower about 1 year ago from Argos (landxcape 1500w hover). Went all weak and wobbly on me this week - the housing underneath has collapsed somehow because a metal section had shattered. If I can get a replacement part, can fix the problem, but can’t find parts for these mowers anywhere. Anyone got any ideas ?
Thanks
Dave
