When selling a home, do most seller leave the lawnmower for the buyers?

We have a nice Toro lawnmower that we bought for $375 two years ago, and has held up well. When selling a home, do most seller leave the lawnmower for the buyers? I have a neighbor who’s interested in it, so if it’s rare that a buyer expects to inherit one, I’ll just sell it. Thanks in advance for your advice.
