One good way to add the necessary “flywheel” would be to find a large diameter pulley that would fit the shaft. Finding something like this will make the job simple. If you were to try to make something yourself, you would need a way to balance it, otherwise the vibration would be horrible. A manufactured pulley would aready be balanced.
