How can I haul a lawnmower with a small car?

lawnmower
Michael H asked:

This won’t be a one time thing, so I need something that makes sense. I though about hooking up a small trailer to my car, but that may not be reasonable. I have an ‘89 Toyota Corolla. I am looking for any ideas on how to haul it without a trailer possibly. Is there some type of bike rack that would hold it? Any ideas?

A bike rack won’t hold a lawn mower, you have no choice but to get a trailer

Find a very small, light weight trailer and put it on there. Of course you will need a hitch though.

Just leave the trunk open and put the mower part in the trunk leaving the handle sticking out. This will work going short distances.

I don’t know what kind are you talking about, if its a push mower just put the bottom end in the trunk, and let the handle stick out, if its a riding lawnmower, throw that sucker and nuetral and drag it with your car using rope.

If its a push along mower then why don`t you buy and fit a roof
rack and stick it on that.
