Follow the throttle cable, (move it up&down) see if it moves properly. This could be kinked somewhere, and causeing the problem. You can move the cable (check it) in two ways One,Check the speed throtle, usually has a rabbit on it, or arrows up and down. You will notice the carburator adjusting on the mower if it is working. Two. The safety handle, when it is fully pressed, you will notice a cable, check to see it is taught and connected. Another thing you can check is inside the fuel tank on the mower, there is a filtre, you can see it with a flash light, check to see it is not pluged with grass etc. None of this works, check the fuel lines for a fuel filter,it will be plugged. The carberator is not needing repair, or it wouldn't start when you prime it! So, you have a fuel starvation problem. Shouldn't be to hard to track. Good Luck Bertram Knowldege:
