		<description>The only reliable way to accomplish what you want to do is by leaving the self-propel feature disengaged. Larger wheels, smaller wheels, varying tension, etc. will change the speed but, still, does not give any more actual control of the speed. By using your own power to determine speed it will always go the speed you want it to.
