How do I remove an engine from a lawnmower?

It rather depends on the type of lawn mower!
Why not undo the bolts and lift it out?

Joey the engine usually sits on top of the lawn mower. Around the bottom of the engine there are bolts. You need to undo all wires and lines that are attached to the handle of the lawn mower. Turn the lawn mower over, stop the cutting blades from turning on you, then remove the blades before you remove the engine.Once you do this you can remove the nuts holding the engine on the mower deck and walla you now have the engine off. Most of it depends on what type of mower and how skilled you are.
Look for what appears to be mounting bolts. Unhook things like the gas line, or anything that is connected to the engine.
If you are going to tray and repair it because it doesn’t work, then anything you do won’t matter because it doesn’t work anyway.

u can see on honda website ……why to remove ….if engine ..trouble …..carry out troubleshooting ,………petrol faulyt …or electric……transmission of power ….may be clutch faulty ……….see details ….engine can be removed from loosening the foundation bolts…..
