You need a socket and ratchet..You can buy real cheap tool sets from most auto parts store.$15.00 , that will get to what you want to do..The tools you want for a dozen small jobs is a 3/8" socket set and they will be called just that on the box..Also Home Depot, Lowe's,and Wal-mart..The size socket you need is either 5/8" or 13/16". the sockets are self explanatory. Pull the plug wire off and put the socket on the plug and turn counter clockwise. Who the hell cares.?? The snow won't be gone "till May...... buzzwaltz

Things you need:
1. Spark plug socket and wrench
2. Your Lawnmower user manual
3. A glass of lemonade or something to drink.
4. A cool quiet place without a man telling you how to do things.
Directions:
1. Look at your user manual and find the chapter that says Tune-Up.. Removing your spark plugs.. Cleaning your spark plugs.. etc.
2. You should find the size of the spark plug socket that you need to remove your lawnmower spark plug.(sometimes it just asks fo r a "one size fits all socket" or "universal".
3. Drink your lemonade...
4. Look at your lawnmower and you should see a whole lot of metal on top. That's the engine... Look on top or on it's side you will find a black or red mushy cable-like tube.. that's the spark plug wire...pull on it... if it comes off that means you are half way done.
5. Get the socket and put it on top of the white part of the spark plug.. Try if it fits... if it you can turn it that means it's a size larger. it should not turn unless you use your socket wrench.
6. If it fits, get your socket wrench and attach the right size.
7. Turn it counter clockwise until it comes of.. voila!! you just removed your first spark plug!!!
If you need more help... I'll let you watch a video...just go to this website... Juztanopinion
