What do you want to change about it? I assume that you want it to run faster? My advise is don’t do it. It will shorten the life of the engine. Unless something is bent or changed it is set at the factory. There may be a high speed adjustment screw on the carburetor. You might try adjusting that.

if it’s running real low rpm’s .you can look on the carburetor where the spring ,connects to arm or lever and you can bend the arm or lever to pull a little harder on the spring .a little goes along ways on this so only make a slight adjustment.this is something a mechanic should do only if it’s running to low rpm’s.if you raise the rpm to high it can destroy the engine quickly.hope this helps.
