look under the running boards (the parts you first step on when getting on the mower) there is usually a diagram of how the belts go on all the pulleys. remember the old gangsters movies where the bad guys are on the outside of the car shoootin? well they were standing on the running boards. my 1st car had them, it was a 1937 plymouth, but it wasn't in 1937. you first then need to buy the pulley belts. i could guess a half hour to an hour to do the job if you have an inkling as to what needs to be done and how to do it. look for a lawnmower parts store in the yellow pages. you'll need to give them that model number your using that you just gave us.
good luck to ya
