How to tighten drive belt or mechanism on Snapper SR3200 Lawnmower?

When mower is running, the drive will stall and mower will not move forward. Can be in any speed gear. Usually mower will stop forward movement on steep grades, indicating drive belt slippage

drive belt needs replaced
and check the spring tension on the clutch idler
