I have a basic push reel lawnmower. Does anyone know how to adjust the blade?

lawnmower

The mower is a Scott elite 16″ model. I bought it from Home Depot and it was a floor model, so I have no owners manual. I need to cut the grass shorter.

the blade on a mower of this type probably is not adjustable. if anything, the wheels might be adjustable, but I doubt it.

Do a google search for the brand name of the mower. The company probably has a website that offers help. Good luck!

In order to adjust the height of cut you need to adjust the rear roller, the height is measured from the cutting edge of the bedknife to the ground.
