I have a gas Noma Brute lawnmower, I can start it up, but how do I turn it off?

lawnmower
mai asked:

My cousin gave me an old lawnmower she had, she was able to tell me how to start it up but she doesn’t remember how to turn it off. I don’t have the manual for the lawnmower and it’s not available on the internet.

Put just enough gas in it to cut your lawn. It won’t take long, you’ll figure it out to the ounce. Good luck.

If it doesn’t have an integral kill switch, you need to ground out the spark plug in some way.The old machines had a piece of sheet metal bolted to the head and you bent this onto the spark plug. If you can make something like that, that will work. If not you can take a screw driver and accomplish the same thing, just touch the plug and the head at the same time until the engine dies
