		<description>Take the deck off if you haven't already.  This may help in not rounding off the heads of the bolts.  As noted use a vise grip and maybe just a bit of heat.  Replace the bolts with new ones when you put it back together.</description>

		<description>You say the bolts are stripped. I guess you are talking about the heads. Soak the bolts with penetrating oil overnight. If you have a pair of visegripe pliers you maybe able to lock them on the bolt head. Also a good hard rap on the bolt head with a hammer may help. I use antisieze compound on all my mower bolts.</description>
