		<description>I would change the oil, oil filter, air filter, gas and spark plug. If it is real tight when you pull the cord it could be that someone tip the mower over and got oil in the cylinder. To fix this pull the cord with the plug out, it will push the oil out the plug hole. After changing all the above spray starter fluid in the carburetor. This will get it to start. let it run in high to burn any oil out of the cylinder.&lt;a href="http://www.greattoolsusa.com/saw-accessories-4325"&gt; Rick J&lt;/a&gt;</description>
