repairs to lawnmower. Tenant says lawnmower is his property calls law to landowner and files a restraint of landowner to tenants rental property. While restraint is in effect. Being said property is owned by 4 people (sisters) Cannot other owners file eviction notice to tenant. Tenn ant is liability to property. He is elderly.His 4 children live within walking distance to where tenant lives.

THE OWNER OF THE PROPERTY WHOEVER THAT MAY BE CAN FILE AN EVICTION. EVEN THE ONE THE RESTRAINING ORDER IS AGAINST CAN FILE IT AND HAVE THE MARSHALL DELIVER IT TO THE RESIDENCE. IF YOU CAN TALK TO THE CHILDREN ABOUT WHAT IS GOING ON THEN I WOULD DO THAT. THE RESTRAINING ORDER IS FOR THE TENANT NOT HIS FAMILY
