If that frees the flow of fuel, drain and clean the tank. Otherwise, be sure the the cap on the fuel tank is has clear vents. If it sat for a long time, the tiny carb jets may be clogged (spraying with carb cleaner WILL NOT clear out varnish build-up from old gas - been there). To really clean the carb, you must soak it in "Parts Cleaner", which comes in a gallon can. Follow the directions, it tells you exactly how to soak the carb. Before this, you may want to check or replace the spark plug. Make sure the gap is the correct spec. Or are you setting the choke and leaving it set, or do you take it off choke soon after it starts? Try experimenting with how you're setting it (assuming it's not automatic, otherwise the automatic choke could be malfunctioning) - generally you want to start un-choking the engine soon after it starts.<a href="http://www.batterybackupguide.com/battery-backup-power-supply.htm"> HyperDog</a> It sounds like a fuel delivery problem.
