		<description>That would be my first assumption IF it has a fuel pump. Most mowers just use gravity. I would check the line from the fuel tank to the carburetor, but be careful messing around raw gas.</description>

		<description>If it has a fuel pump.  Some do and some don't.  You don't say what engine it has.  Usually if the gas tank is above the carburetor it won't have a fuel pump.  It is either the fuel pump or a dirty carburetor or both.</description>
