Why does my dog turn into a raving psycho dog whenever I crank the lawnmower?

Whenever I start to crank the lawnmower or the engine is running she will bite down on the front wheel of the push mower and drag it across the yard, even if I try to steer it straight. It’s like she’s pumped up on adrenaline. She’s only 55 lbs but she’s a bull terrier/boxer dog if that helps.

I asked her why she does this but she won’t tell me in a form I can understand. Any ideas?
