I cant find the episode where Shaggy is about to run away from a ghost and he reaches down and pulls his belt buckle like a lawnmower pull start and he cranks up motorizing his feet and runs away. Its driving me crazy. I have to know the episode. Any epsiode details would be great. Like what monster was in it or something.

When I crank my lawnmower it blows black smoker but only when it cranks, after that its fine. Is there anything wrong with it. Its new so I though maybe it just needs to be broke in, only been used once. Thank you for your help.
