Nancy asked: Hi. My riding lawnmower (Cub Cadet) starts up fine and I can drive it around, but if I engage the blades and mow for a bit the blades will stop. Now, the engine is still running at this point BUT if I turn it off it will not start back up. This is because I have blown a fuse. I replaced it several times with the same results. What the heck is going on? It seems that it’s only when the blades are on that the fuse will blow.

Jonny A 10 asked: The fuse is good. The ignition clicks. The engine is hot because I was just mowing with my 22hp riding mower/Troybuilt with Briggs & Stratton engine ,electric key starter. I pulled the idler arm out, made sure the mowing button was turned off and that the transmission was in forward drive. And to top it off, its about to rain.So I Could use some mechanically inclined man to answer this please.
