My riding lawn mower cuts the grass unevenly. How do I adjust it?

I put the lawn mower on a level surface and can see that the mower deck is uneven, but I don’t know how to adjust it. Can you help me?

Can ride on lawnmowers cut grass on a slope?

I’ve got a garden approx 600m2 which is almost all grass, but is on a slope. I’m looking for a lawn mower to cut the grass but am not sure whether ride ons can work on a slope, or whether I’d be better with a petrol mower.

When I cut my lawn, the lawnmower leaves clumps of grass peppered throughout the lawn. the lawnmower is new.
