I replaced the belt and tightened it. Nothing blocking wheels yet mower won’t self-propel unless front lifted off ground. Need to adjust the drive cable but can’t find the screw to adjust. MTD won’t tell me where it is. Crazy! It’s only been used 6 times! Thanks for any help
