How many ounces of oil should I put in my Snapper Lawnmower?

I have a 5.5 Horspower Wisonsin Robin Motor on my commercial snapper mower. Unfortunately I boutght it used and it did not have a manual with it.
It is a 4 stroke engine but I think the dipstick is not reading correctly. If I fill it up to the required mark the mower blows the oil out which causes that digusting blue smoke.

How much will it cost to replace the crankshaft on my Snapper Lawnmower?

I don’t think the engine itself is damaged, because I got it to start, it just makes the whole mower shake uncontrollably (so I quickly switched it off). I think it’s just a bent crankshaft, which is causing the blade to oscillate instead of turn on center.
