What pullies do I change to make my lawnmower a racing lawnmower?

I have a JCPenny grass handler which runs great so I decided to make it a racing lawnmower over the summer. I have looked on Google to figure out what pullies I have to change but nothing has come up and I dont know anyone that has a racing lawnmower to help me.

change the pulley on the main engine shaft to a larger size; that would make the drive belt run faster…i cant guess if the trans is equipped to handle the spreed you want…
