What’s wrong with my Black and Decker electric lawnmower?

lawnmower

It will run a little, then stall. If I wait a bit, it’ll restart. It’s not the plug. Is it overheating? How do I fix it?
It’s electric, no choke, air filter. I use an extension cord to power it.

I had that problem once. The switch was bad. I wired it to bypass the switch, which is unsafe.

Then I bought a new one, from a different manufacturer.

The newer Black and Decker mowers look better than the used one I bought.

Overall, an electric mower is a much lower maintenance machine than a gas powered one.
