		<description>I don't remember if it is or not, but a quick lesson on looking at a nut to see if it is left handed. If there is a small gash on the edge of each hex it is left handed.

		<description>It's possible that they could be countersunk it depends on the mower. You can save yourself some grief by trying to find out. In the meantime while you do this, spray the bolts with some break free and leave them sit while you investigate. If you don't have break free then 3 in 1 oil will work or WD40. My circular saw is countersunk and I had one mower that was a long time ago.
