		<description>Black and Decker has a web site where you can look things up.  You can also email or call them with a question.  They'll tell you what part you need and where to get them.  They might give you a referral where they'll ship you the part (for a fee).

If that doesn't work, I'd look for a store that sharpens lawnmower blades (do a google or a froggle search) and ask them.

If that doesn't work, I'd try ebay.</description>
