where do throttle linkages on lawnmower carburetor hook up to?

okay so im looking to put a carubretor back onto a lawnmower. and im not sure how the throttle linkage goes. i have it hooked up to the plate that sits on top of the throttle but im not sure where the other end goes to. im guessing its this spring but it just doesnt look right and its not a tight fit. any info or pictures would be nice

you need to be more specific about the particular engine. Is it a Briggs & Straton, or Honda, or Tecumseh, or Kawasaki, or something else?
