i own a shop and you probably are going to have to get the carburetor cleaned out on it ,i have had to do that to everything i own this year,setting over winter with old gas in them is hard on them,id try that ,it seemed to work on mine,now its running good again.

It sounds like 1 air filter is dirty 2 need new spark plug 3 clean out gas tank, Remember to wash it after every use. Hope this helps
