		<description>bad plug gap won't make it pop that ive seen though it will misfire. its likely a lean mixture from the carb jet being plugged or something. it can actually run smooth with a sheared flywheel key on a leaner mixture and then once you fix the ign timing it can surge or pop. clean out the carb/fuel tank/line and try again. and gap the plug .030 inches about. +/- .005 is fine too. you might as well gap the plug first though since thats easy. make sure you have fresh gas.</description>
